The clubhouse has seperate changing rooms for male and female vistors, and showers facilites and towels are available.
An extensive Clubhouse menu is available every day offering fare from from simple bacon rolls through to full 3-course meals. For 2011, last orders for catering are taken at 6pm - except on Saturdays when evening meals are served until 8pm - booking is advisable as space is limited. We hope to extend this service to Fridays in due course.
Our steward, John Starkey (Telephone: 01479 831731) is happy to discuss the various options available. A copy of the menu can be downloaded here.
The Bar is open from 11am daily serving a wide range of beers, wines and spirits as well as soft drinks, coffees and tea.
The club's professional, Ross Harrower is available to give lessons (contact him directly by email on proshop@boatgolf.com) or by phone at 01479 831282, option 2. He also has a well stocked golf shop including clothing, clubs, trolleys and hire clubs.
Don't forget to buy your souvenirs before you leave. The Club logo is available on balls, markers, towels, clothing and many gift items.
If you have time to spare, you can take advantage of the club's practice ground.
This is situated about 200 yards from the club and has space for you to practise with all your clubs, including the sand wedge.
Situated in front of the Clubhouse is a six-hole putting green.
This lets you get the feel of our Highland greens and is cut the same as the "real" greens - so no excuse accepted for poor putts because you hadn't got the feel for the greens before you tee off!
An ample car park is available right alongside the first hole.
The first tee is angled away from the cars and the row of birch tress planted a couple of years ago as a shield is growing rapidly.
Two quality tennis courts are available and are regularly enjoyed by family members not inclined to golf.
Tennis membership is available. Please contact the Club Secretary for details.
Visitors may hire a tennis court for £6.00 per hour.
