Monday 29 August 2011 - Results for week ending 28th August

At Boat of Garten on Saturday the men competed for the Dalvoult Cup, a Stableford competition, which despite the blustery conditions produced a CSS of 69. Early starter James Ingram (7) set the pace with 39 points courtesy of a one under par inward nine and this score was soon matched by Bruce Murray (12).  Jim Thompson (13) then took the lead with 40 points which stood until late finisher John MacBean (13) returned to form scoring 41 points to take the trophy. The first 3 in the list all earned a cut in handicap.
