Notes:
Boys must have a CONGU handicap of 28 or under and Girls must have a CONGU handicap of 36 or under when application is made and be prepared to verify handicap on the day of the Competition.
No entry will be accepted without the appropriate entry fee.   If required, receipt can be acknowledged by email.

A draw will be carried out three weeks before the competition.   No refunds will be made for cancellations after the draw is made.   The draw will be posted on our website.
In the event of the competition being abandoned due to weather, or for any other reason, the event will not be re-scheduled during 2008.   In such circumstances, entry money will not be refunded.
Please let us know if you are travelling with others and if you wish to play near them or with them.   Preferences will be considered when the draw is being made.   However, members of Club Outings will not necessarily be drawn together.
